Open to all guests, with tables and chairs for eating up in the sky above the Zona Rosa.
Blvd. del Hipódromo #44 · Col. San Benito · San Salvador
30 suites with their own kitchen, living room and dining room, 140 metres from the restaurants of the Zona Rosa. Pool, gym, conference room, car rental and two places to eat in the same building.
The hotel
Suites Las Palmas is a hotel and suites in Colonia San Benito, in the heart of San Salvador's Zona Rosa. We don't rent rooms: each of our 30 suites is an apartment with its own equipped kitchen, living room and dining room, designed so you can stay two nights or two months without changing your routine.
That's the difference from a conventional hotel. You can have breakfast at home before your first meeting, keep your groceries in the fridge, work at your own dining table and meet a colleague without leaving your space. And at the same time you have what a hotel does take care of: a front desk open 24 hours, daily housekeeping, security, on-site parking and a restaurant on the ground floor.
Most of our guests come to San Salvador for work, along with families who need a kitchen and teams who stay for weeks or months. That's why the building has a conference room, work tables in the lobby and car rental, and that's why the location matters so much: you're steps from the embassies, the World Trade Center and the best food district in the country.
The suites
For two to five guests. Every one has an equipped kitchen or kitchenette, air conditioning, Smart TV, WiFi, a safe and daily housekeeping.
Capacities and descriptions come from the hotel's booking engine. Rates change with the date: the price that counts is the one the engine shows when you choose your days.

Business and long stays
Many of our guests come for work. They stay a week, a month or a whole season, and need something a hotel room doesn't give: space to work, a kitchen so they don't depend on restaurants every day, and an address from which any meeting is a short ride away.
The San Salvador World Trade Center is 1.1 km away and the embassies and corporate offices of Colonia San Benito and Escalón are in the same area. Inside the building there's a conference room, work tables in the lobby, WiFi everywhere and car rental, and the front desk arranges your airport transfer.

The location
Colonia San Benito is where San Salvador does business and goes out to dinner. Within three hundred metres there are restaurants, bars, galleries and two museums; less than ten minutes by car, the two biggest malls in the country.
On foot you reach the restaurants and bars of Boulevard del Hipódromo, the Monumento a la Revolución and the MARTE and Museo Nacional de Antropología museums, all on Avenida La Revolución.
By car, and in a few minutes, you have Multiplaza, La Gran Vía and Galerías Escalón —cinema, shops and restaurants—, plus Estadio Cuscatlán and the historic centre. El Salvador International Airport is 34 km away by highway.
Straight-line distances, measured from the hotel's coordinates. Driving times depend on traffic.
Dining at the hotel
Breakfast on the roof, with the city in front of you; lunch and dinner on the ground floor. As a guest you can charge both to your suite.
Rooftop · Breakfast and bar
The rooftop bar of the hotel, up on the roof. This is where breakfast happens —fresh coffee, fruit, eggs, bread of the day— and where the evening winds down, with the city in front of you. It's one floor from your suite, so breakfast doesn't even mean leaving the building.
Ground floor · Lunch and dinner
The restaurant, next to the lobby. A working lunch without going out and dinner without calling a car. And when you do want to go out, San Salvador's best food district is a hundred and forty metres away: Boulevard del Hipódromo has the highest density of restaurants and bars in the country.
Book direct
Book on the hotel's own engine and you pay the lowest rate available, without the online agencies' commission.
A high floor, a crib, a middle-of-the-night arrival or adjoining suites for your team: ask when you book and it stays on your reservation.
Airport transfer, car rental, a table in the Zona Rosa or a room to meet in. Message us and we'll have it ready.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. The front desk is open 24 hours, so arriving in the middle of the night is no problem. If you need to check in earlier or leave later, message us and we'll look at it depending on that day's occupancy.
Yes. Every suite has an equipped kitchen or kitchenette, with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kitchenware. The Ejecutiva, Imperial and Doble Ejecutiva suites also have a living and dining room separate from the bedroom.
Here every suite is an apartment: it has its own kitchen, living room and dining room, not just a bedroom. You can cook, work and have visitors in your own space, while still having a 24-hour front desk, daily housekeeping, security and a restaurant, as in a hotel. That's why it works just as well for two nights as for several months.
Yes, and it's a big part of what we do. The suites have a full kitchen and housekeeping included precisely for weeks or months. Message us with your dates and we'll send you a long-stay rate.
Yes, there's a conference room on the ground floor, plus work tables in the lobby and WiFi throughout the building. Book it at the front desk. It's one of the reasons teams who travel often to San Salvador stay with us.
The front desk works as a 24-hour concierge: transfers to and from the airport, a rental car delivered to the hotel, tables at the Zona Rosa restaurants, the conference room for your meeting, tours to the volcanoes or the beach, and everyday errands like laundry or a crib. Message us before you arrive and we'll have it arranged.
Yes. Car rental is handled by the front desk: you ask for the car and it's delivered to the hotel, with no trip to the agency. The front desk also arranges transfers to El Salvador International Airport.
